RETURN CONDITIONS
– The product must be no more than a 15 day from the date you receive the product from us
– The product is unused and not damaged.
– Has labels, packaging and purchase invoice
– Products and accompanying gifts (if any)
METHOD OF EXCHANGE
Please contact us within 15 days after receiving your package.
When submitting a request to our Customer Service Center, please include the following information to speed up the process:
(Name, Order code, Product name/code, reason for exchange/return)
The condition of the items will be checked when they arrive at our warehouse.
If the item shows signs of being used, it will not be accepted for return.
TRANSPORTATION COSTS
– In case the error is due to you or due to the customer’s objective needs, you must bear all shipping costs when returning and this cost will not be refunded.
– In case of technical error or loss from the store, we will bear the shipping costs for you.
TRANSPORT
Immediately after confirming and agreeing to return and delivery. We will send you an email to notify you of the shipping process. Refund delivery time is within 30 days, please check your email and wait for the delivery date.

– The order has been placed successfully but the product has not been received on time
– The product you receive is used or damaged
– The product is not delivered according to the order
TRANSPORTATION COSTS
If it is our fault, we will fully bear the shipping costs for the return.
If it is your fault then these costs must be borne by you and we will deduct them from the refund amount.
REFUND METHOD
If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund your money. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, please wait.
Note: This refund will deduct shipping costs if the return is due to your reasons.
LATE REFUND
If after the notification date you still have not received the money, do not worry but check your account again because it may be due to an error in the banking system that has not been updated.
